Employment campaign for IKEA Russia

 

I always admire IKEA as a brand. When I was a teenager, the first shop was opened in Moscow and every visit was like travelling to a different world, getting in a fairy tale. And not only their cozy products, nice food in the restaurant, but even people seemed kinder than in the outside world. And that’s when I learnt that brand ethics and values are very important. It ties everything together.

And my dream came true when in 2017 the makelove agency asked me to join their team on a new project with IKEA. The task was to develop a design concept for IKEA employer brand.

A little bit of study
A study conducted among job seekers showed that people strive to live a full life at work, without giving up their favorite Hobbies. IKEA employees appreciate the company for the huge number of opportunities that it provides them to feel as comfortable as possible at work and not wait for the end of the working day.

Work is fun.

When you love what you do, you have someone to laugh with, go to lunch or think about solving a difficult problem — it's not just work, it's life.
So we had a little bit of fun with IKEA products.
